Our long-term goal is to have courses starting from the new believer level and advancing all the way to a master's degree in theology. Obviosly, we can't start with all that, so we are going to start with a three year, part-time course for lay ministers.
This is the preliminary list of classes for this course. Please note that it is not complete, and may still be changed. But, it will at least give you an idea of what we are planning to cover.
Themes for the Three Year Course:
First year - Basic understanding of Biblical truths
Second year - Formation of the believer's character
Third year - Preparing to minister
The overall division of materials will approxamately cover
40% - Bible teaching and theology
20% - The function of the church (history, government, etc.)
20% - Basics of how to minister (counseling, marriage and family, homolitics)
